Hey Everyone!
WELCOME TO MY FIRST JOURNAL ENTRY ON MY BRAND NEW WEBSITE!! YAYAYAYA.
It’s been a long time coming, but I’ve finally finished working on my new website, and I’m so ready to lock in and release some new music. Life has been kind of hectic recently, I’ve been so flat out with studying for exams, and trying to manage everything from gigs to writing more songs to planning releases to making sure I have some time to just chill out, but I don’t mind being busy, especially if it means I get to work towards doing my favourite thing in the world every day… MUSIC.
I wasn’t sure I’d survive, but somehow I did end up making it through my exam block, (one down, two more to go), and now I am very content with the idea of never stepping foot in school again… I’m kidding, it wasn’t THAT bad. I think the worst part of exams for me was not having the time to spend talking to you guys! Chatting to you guys is my favourite part of my day. Seriously.
Anyways, I finally got back in the studio a couple of days ago, and we are soooo close to being able to send the songs off to the distributor. We’re currently working on mixing and mastering the songs (the boring but super important part), and then I’ll be able to give you guys a release date for the next song!! I can’t believe it’s been over five months since I last released a single. That’s a ridiculously long amount of time, and rest assured, I won’t be letting it happen again. I’m soooo beyond excited for you all to hear the new songs we’ve been working on. There’s three, well technically four, in the line up, and there is one in particular that I am SUPER excited about.
